All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
Each piece is unique, created with care by our artists. Please take your time when choosing, and feel free to ask us questions before purchasing. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to the artist directly to see if there is something they may be able to do for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exchanges

Credits on Workshops or Classes
If a class is cancelled by the instructor, a credit for the amount of the class or workshop will be applied to your account and can be used for another class registration with The Maker’s Circle, or for product in the gallery. If you are unable to attend a one-time class, due to sickness or an emergency, a minimum of 48 hours notice is needed to receive an account credit. Registrations are transferable on one-time classes. Credits are not offered for missed classes on multi-week classes.
