Inspired by my Catalpa (Bean) tree in North York, Ontario (2019), Community explores the shared energy of trees in relationship. The work reflects the powerful presence of this magnificent tree, whose vitality seemed to radiate love and joy. In the painting, that energy flows through a connected grove—alive, circulating, and accessible to all.
