Explore Acrylic Painting - 6 Week Course, Workshop series

This is your opportunity to explore acrylics and learn in- depth painting skills. Get feedback and grow as an artist. Each week we will practice new techniques and help you gain confidence as a painter, developing your own personal style.

Topics covered include:
1. Try out Materials, Colour mixing, Brush control
2. Shapes, Values, Light & Composition
3. Texture  & Layering
4. Colour Harmony & Detail 
5. Planning & Finishing a Final Project. 

Images do not necessarily indicate the specific paintings we will be working on, but are examples to inspire. 
Each participant will create their own unique version of paintings, with guidance and prompts as needed.

If a class is cancelled by the instructor, a credit for the amount of the class or workshop will be applied to your account and can be used for another class registration with The Maker’s Circle, or for product in the gallery. If you are unable to attend a one-time class, due to sickness or an emergency, a minimum of 48 hours notice is needed to receive an account credit. Registrations are transferable on one-time classes. Credits are not offered for missed classes on multi-week classes.
